What I actually do

Most engineers use infrastructure. I build the parts they treat as black boxes — queues, caches, pipelines — and make them fast, observable, and mine.

Three years shipping production systems: a platform for 3.5M readers, self-hosted product backends, and open-source tooling on npm. I plan the architecture first, then ship it.

Changing Room

A Chrome extension that lets shoppers try clothes on themselves on any store online. I built the whole product end to end — a self-hosted inference backend, a credit + subscription billing system, and the extension itself — running on my own Ubuntu server.
